PROCESS OF REGISTRATION FOR APPLICANT ( ENTRY SELECTION )

 

Regular program prerequrement :
 

1.Male, Indonesian or foreigner.

2.Holder of good behavior statement from police department.

3.Holder of health certificate e.g. eyes and hearing,
  and free from drugs or alcohol abuse.

4.Single, also willing not to be married and stay
  in the dormitory during the education  training period.

5.Special requirement

a.For Deck and Engine department :

  16 20 years of age. Minimum 160 cm of

  height & holer of junior high    

  school or higher

b.For dual purpose Rating :

  Not elder than 22 tears old,
  160 cm of height or more & holder of senior high school
  certificate or higher.

Appliccation procedure.

1.Filling the application form,and pay
  the registration fee.
2.Collectng the prepequirement papers including
  the 4x6 photograph for 4 pcs.
  and pay the entering fee
  to get the entering test member card.
3.Adjoining the entering test, such as;
  papers examination,medical examination,
  psychotest,academic test,physical fitness test
  and english interview.

DURING OFFICE HOUR
FOR REGULAR PROGRAM:
ANYTIME IN JANUARY AND JULY FOR EVERY YEARS
( TO BATCHES A YEAR )
FOR DECK /ENGINEER OFFICER CLASS-V :
ANYTIME IN DECEMBER, APRIL, OR AUGUST
( 3 BATCHES A YEAR )
FOR DECK OR ENGINEER OFFICER CLASS- IV:
ANYTIME FROM DECEMBER TO FEBRUARY
( ONLY ONE BATCHES A YEAR )
